McGuireWoods once again ranked among the nation\u2019s top law firms for client service in BTI Consulting\u2019s 2024 \u201cClient Service A-Team\u201d report. The firm was lauded as \u201cBest of the Best\u201d in seven key performance categories, according to the annual survey of corporate counsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McGuireWoods ranked No. 11 overall, marking the 18th time the firm has ranked among the top 30 in BTI\u2019s survey of law firm performance \u2014 the gold standard for measuring client service excellence. McGuireWoods is one of only four firms nationwide to earn a coveted top 30 ranking in each of the past 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The BTI report is based on interviews with top legal decision makers at companies with revenue of $1 billion or more. Corporate counsel rated McGuireWoods \u201cBest of the Best\u201d for the following client service attributes: commitment to help, client focus, quality products, meets core scope, unprompted communication, easy to work with and trusted for cost control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe firm generates new ideas and approaches to help develop the best game plan,\u201d the BTI report said. \u201cClients report they strive to make the working experience easier to manage.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McGuireWoods was one of only five firms to earn BTI\u2019s \u201cBest of the Best\u201d rating for being trusted for cost control. The firm\u2019s legal project management tool, ClientSync, \u201cgoes a long way to helping McGuireWoods\u2019 clients achieve their operational and strategic goals,\u201d the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In interviews with BTI researchers, clients also praised McGuireWoods for responsiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
