Scoville litigates product liability matters, commercial disputes and arbitrations involving the aviation, aerospace, defense contracting, telecommunications and automotive industries and has earned a nationwide ranking for aviation litigation from Chambers USA each year since 2021. He joined McGuireWoods from Perkins Coie in Seattle, and previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington. Scoville, who served as a law clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, is one of 10 former high court clerks in the firm\u2019s litigation practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scoville said he was drawn to McGuireWoods by its strength in litigation and investigations, as well as by the chance to work with partner Benjamin Hatch<\/a>, chair of the firm\u2019s Environmental & Mass Tort Litigation Department.
