Rusche defends employers in wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as matters involving alleged workplace harassment, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation and breach of employment contracts. Rusche told Law360<\/em> he was drawn to McGuireWoods by the depth of its national labor and employment team and the firm\u2019s collegial atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
